Hi! My name is Kelynn Brengelman (think Key-lynn),
You may be thinking: “Who is this Key girl, and why does she think she can tell me about my health? Is she a doctor or something?” Well no, I am not a doctor, but I do have a strong passion for health, wellness, and an affinity for passing my knowledge along to others. Other than my passion, I do have a few things that can attribute to my credibility:
- Bachelor’s of Science in Biology
- First hand experience achieving a healthy life from my own life-changing weight loss and health journey – ultimately losing 40lbs on my own with no assistance from a trainer.
- I am a biology laboratory manger at a community college.
